Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

CAVIAT EMPTOR: This review is for people who remain aware of what they are eating and not just shoving food in their mouth. This place does not cook the regular pizza crust orders fully. I have tried to give them a chance and after a year of waiting to see if their service has changed, me and my family had severe stomach issues after eating their pizza. Smh pizza is supposed to be properly cooked due to the raw ingredients in the dough let alone the toppings! So when it comes to this place, caviat emptor is what you meed to bear in mind my good people. If you order a pizza with their regular crust, test it before you leave. If you press your finger into the back of the pizza and after you lift your finger, the bread dips in and doesn't pop back out, then your pizza is NOT fully cooked. You will be literally just eating some warm dough. If thats your thing lol hey go for it.

Manager was rude. So this how it went down. I ordered my pizza with the person at the cash register and processed to ask if I could have a small empty box so I could make a gift out of it, ok so the employee did give me the box but as i turned to walk away this manager(young teenager) walked around from the back and said "no, we can't give out boxes for gifts" I said even though I have it in my hands? Y'all know covid is STILL AROUND. She said "yea even if u touched it we can't give out boxes." The manager took the box out of my hands. So I asked loud and clear in front of all the other customers "Are you going to use that box for other people's pizzas after it has been contaminated? " the manager said no, n put the contaminated box with all the CLEAN UNUSED boxes. Location is on camp wisdom and...

Thought customer service was going to be excellent but boy I was wrong! Ordered pepperoni pizza puffs for my son. Cashier told me it would be 10 minutes because they had to “make it from scratch”. Sent my son in twice to get the order and they told him “just a couple of more minutes “. Went in the 3rd time and the cashier said “they just put it in” So you mean to tell me now that 20 minutes passed by you just figured out they never put the order in?! No apology or NOTHING! All he has was a smirk on his face as if something was funny! I will never return to this location! Stop hiring these young kids that don’t want to work and just want to stand around!
