My friend from Fallbrook Church went to visit for a Single's Summit. It was an Oak Cliff event. I was invited through Social Media. The conference was one I had never been to, neither will I ever go to a Single's Conference/Summit again! The atmosphere was great and so was staff and volunteers at the church, but guest were naughty. It turned out to be something I do not want to experience again! They were rude, pushy, desperate, seeking to be seen, panting fir the Pastor for themselves, out of order, etc. So vulgar! Pastor Tony was dazed and confused by the order of outside un-churched folk. He and his staff did get it back on track, but WOW!!šŸ˜³šŸ˜µā€šŸ’« I went for Church Service on Sunday, Sept 25th and we prayed for Dr. Tony Evans. He is still grieving his wife. I saw it in his eyes! God bless him and his family as they push forward in Jesus Christ!šŸ˜”šŸ™šŸ½

I visited Oak Cliff with my sisters while visiting Dallas. We really enjoyed the service. Pastor Johnathan Evans delivered the Word and it was a wonderful time. The members were nice and made us feel so welcomed. This church has a very nice bookstore and I received a blessing while I was there! They also have a hallway that shows a timeline, beautiful photos and memories of when the church first began and it's growth throughout the years. I loved reading about Pastor Evan and his family's history and how the church has progressed since the beginning.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I actually went here looking for Priscilla Shirer, the daughter of Dr. Tony Evans. The service was more than I ever could've imagined. The "blacks" sure know how to ROCK when it comes to worship music. The message was just what I needed also. I just wish that I'd had the privilege of meeting Priscilla in person. My journey was more than 15,000 miles and her podcasts had saved my life NUMEROUS times. Worth the journey though.

I found a home in OCBF since the very first time I visited in May of 2023. I had recently moved to Dallas and wasn’t sure where to even begin looking… I asked my daughter’s teacher if she knew of any churches in the area and she told me about Oak Cliff. I didn’t even Google anything about it first, which I’m glad about because I tend to avoid large churches. As I pulled up, I was disappointed with how BIG it was because my experiences in the past with larger churches didn’t feel that great. Too theatrical, production-like and impersonal. I decided to go ahead and stay, but honestly had it in my mind that I’d keep looking and try something else the following week… to my surprise, within the first 10 minutes, I knew I’d have no need to look any further. Despite its size, it truly just felt SO COMFORTABLE and personal. Everyone is beyond friendly- not in that fake-friendly way. LOL genuinely nice, caring individuals. I prefer a choir, but Anthony was singing that day. I was blown away. Once I made the connection, I realized I had been listening to him for YEARS! Then, of course, when Dr. Evans spoke… it was like nothing I’d ever heard before. His delivery is always ON POINT! I love how he uses references to things you wouldn’t think are connected- like where is he going with this? LOL but then he pulls it all together and you’re just like, ā€œGENIUS!ā€. I love him so much. When I can’t hear him at church, I listen to his podcast. ā€œBest church on this...

This is an organization that serves their members, visitors, community, and even surrounding churches in partnerships. All of their intentional serving is based upon the gospel of Jesus Christ, emphasizing that the priority of their mission is that everyone in their scope of influence hears the gospel and has an opportunity to receive salvation in Jesus Christ.

Moreover, they stress the importance of discipleship, the literal teaching of believers how to live as a Christian should according to God's intent and purpose in the bible. They teach believers sound biblical doctrine, the foundational tools needed to understand the bible, the scope of salvation, God's purpose for each individual on earth both in a broad perspective and uniquely to each individual, apologetics to defend their own faith in Jesus Christ against one's own questions and doubts, opposing views of the gospel from other religions and ideologies, and hermeneutics to properly interpret the bible according to the author's intent and purpose.

Also, they have specialized ministries that target specific populations of the community that consist of the following: exclusive men and women's ministry single's ministry for non-married people marriage ministry for married couples children's ministry from infant to high school young adult ministry for those from ages 18 to 40

Along with a plethora of areas where you can serve at the church to be an active member, which is...

My husband and I were highly disappointed in this church. We felt that Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship (OCBF) wasn't welcoming to first time guests in the slightest bit. Yesterday was our first time coming. We attended the second service. With us arriving there were three different building we saw people entering. We decided to follow the biggest crowd. Since there weren't any signs for us to follow. Upon entering the main building we had to ask were the children's ministry was. We told the greeter we were new to their church. They just directed us outside across the street to TOTALLY DIFFERENT building. No one was willing to walk us (maybe because it was rather a very long walk) and show us. Once again we had to ask were check in was because there weren't any signs. We usually drop three out of our four in the children's ministry. Yesterday only two attended because of the student teacher ratio in the youngest classroom. We weren't given a number or anything just in case they needed us. With us arriving 40mins early because we know how long the process can be. We were still late!!! Constructive criticism: OCBF should have greeters SPECIFICALLY for new visitors or greeters should be willing to help. OCBF needs signs to help new visitors figure out which building is which! We are highly disappointed! I hope my review reaches the right person so they can approve...
