Dollar General — Local services in Dallas

Went into this store on February 21st 2023 at 2:17 p.m. according to my receipt while I was in there somebody through a roll of red tickets from another aisle which almost hit me I brought the tickets with me to ask the cashier if they were sold on the Isle that I was shopping on there was also to store managers right there as well which told me know they are sold on the party aisle so I told them someone through and almost hit me at the point a young man that works there cussing and talking about the subject he know nothing about at that point neither manager or anyone put their employee in place instead they said that I was making a scene and there was nothing that they can do about it I asked them to look at their cameras which they did not pay any mind to terrible managers and they will be working there miserably until the day that they're fired!! I also called corporate about the situation so we will see if they do anything but considering that the corporate office only had a one-and-a-half star tells you...

If I could give this place 0 stars I so would! I came to get a few household items with my 11 week old baby and the MANAGER followed me around and watched me the entire time, she even had Dallas Police waiting up front to intimidate me 😂As I go to pay the cashier steps to the side and she jumps up in front of him. She rings up every single item I had which came up to over 200 dollars and I pay and the Police Officer says "I'm gonna go ,call me if you need me again"! Can't make this stuff up! I don't have to steal I make good money and if I didn't, I definitely wouldn't do it with my baby with me. If this is the way you treat all your customers that buy a lot of stuff then I'm surprised anyone comes to this store! If you're using intuition then your's needs a tune up! I...

DG is a convenience for me .. The store it's self has good day's and bad.. I know for a fact that the management there truly tries Very Hard.. It seems like the volume and quality of people are to much for staff to keep up with... I feel that Dollar General corporate should step in and figure out a solution to help out with this situation.. It's heartbreaking to see someone try so hard.. I believe that my Dollar General will soon become a dump if no one helps with this situation considering that they are now surrounded buy low income apartments.. It is my belief that the store has a great staff and management in house but greatly needs to be over staffed considering the needs...
