The young gentleman behind the counter where the shotgun ammo is displayed was extremely polite and courteous. He took time to answer my questions and did not seem to be put out of the way that I had so many questions. This is a rare quality and small businesses anymore they definitely are all about customer service and I for one sincerely and greatly appreciate that. Ordered something online. A month later I call the store and they act like they don't even have a website. The person asked me if I knew where I called and I said "Discount Sporting Goods". He then gives me a different number to call. He said that he did not deal with online purchases and the number he gave me was for the person that handled online purchases even though the website only had the number I called. I told him I could come into the store to get a refund if he couldn't do it over the phone and at that point, the individual threatened me that if I came into the store I would "get more than what I bargained for".
