Taco Bell — Restaurant in Georgia

There was no one in the lobby when we came in and only a couple of vehicles in drive thru. I placed my order on the touch screen kiosk and went to the register to pay. There was 4 employees standing outside the office door and 1 employee inside the office. They were just standing there talking and laughing while another employee was facing our way but was on her phone looking at it. She looked up and seen us there but just put her head back down and continued on her phone like she didn't see us. As we stood there for about 10 minutes several other customers entered the lobby and started ordering. Not one employee came to take our payment until my husband called them on the phone and asked if someone would please come to the register so he could pay. We could hear the phone ring and the employees standing at the office door started laughing and one finally came to the register and tried to avoid my husband and tried to take the next customer until my husband and the other customer said he was first in line. The employee didn't even apologize to us waiting that long and ignoring us. We come to this Taco Bell at least once a week. I would understand if they were busy but they were just standing there goofing off and ignoring customers. I work in retail so I know what is to be expected as an employee working as an associate that is supposed to be taking care of customers. You have to have the mindset to keep a check on the front end / register area so if a customer comes in you can take care of them ASAP. It's rude to ignore customers so you can stand around goofing off and not doing your job. I think the manager need to have a talk with their employees and stress to them what their job is if they don't know. Because that's how Taco Bell makes the money to pay their employees. The young boy with the curly hair in drive thru and the blonde girl are very rude I went around 11 pm and as I was getting my order took by the snobby blondie I asked her what all had came inside of the new discovery box she sighed in the speaker and said What does it look like it comes with it’s on the menu after I said I can’t see it because my eyes don’t work like they used to so just end up getting the number 5 she Seemed like she hated her job she didn’t even give me the total or read back my order so I pull to the window and I’m greeted by the one with curly hair and he reads my order back and my total I’m digging for change I stick my hand out he closes the window on me and the blonde laughs and I tapped on the window he takes my money with a attitude and gives me my drink and he I ask him for my receipt he gives it to me and don’t even look me in my eyes just slams the window in my face. I sat there I looked in my bad I was missing my tacos and I honk the horn the blondie opens the window and I tell her what I’m missing she said it was in there the guy with curly hair comes and talks to me I tell em I’m missing my tacos he asked me did I even check the bag ??. What ever happened to customers are always right? This is terrible These young folk nowadays have no respect for there elders or have any desire to actually work this Taco Bell is terrible always have been and the food sucks I will never...

Been to this taco bell to do review 3 times..every time service was slow first time. second time I ordered had no sour cream for my order..tonight I went and girl said they have sour cream as I order i asked for 5 burritos and a taco all off. 1.00 dillar and 2.00 menu cashier was nice and friendly yet the time was 10:55 I went to window got told they out of rice for 4 of my burritos so I asked for a side of pintos which costs 1.99 she asked a lady whom I'm assuming was manager at this time I could here her say no nothing extra but I can extra on my burritos.. Which would be the same. ..i would love to know why the extra in the burritos are fine and not in a cup anyways as I was leaving I said ok sone extra cheese I guess.. So she said ok last I seen cheese cost nore than pinto.. But anyways I leave get home and guess what no taco... So I'm sorry Taco Bell but you failed 3 times on the night shift..cause fact is if your out of a ingredient you should have toldyour cashier so I wouldn't ordered these items and maybe chose something else all together cause truth is the rice would weighed same as a side of pintos if added together ...and customer satisfaction should be your priority..but keep drive thru cashier she is the best part of...
