Nail Tech — Local services in Dalton

First of all had my nails done 7/13 by Tim Dip Powder 009 and they looked great as always! Sunday morning I noticed a crack on my left thumb so i thought ill go get it fixed but they weren't open yet so then i got busy and ran out of time so then Monday i noticed my right index finger nail was cracked and my left thumb now ive not hit them that im aware of and so today tuesday 7/16 i go to tim to get them fixed (willing to pay for what may or may not have been my fault) I go in show him tell him idk what happened and never had the problem with the dip powder and he says "Ill fix it for you and dont come back" i said dont come back? He says yes if you have dip for so long with no problem then go back to salon you come from i not care i not need business! He did fix them i offered to pay him 2x for his work he just kept saying no i fix and you not come back so now they look lumpy and uneven at the cuticle no shape and light and darker spots! So nothing i can do now other than leave this review and say that me trying to find somewhere close to home was a bust i will be driving to Nail Art in Ft. Oglethorpe Ga to see Lily and Brian they are great sorry i tried this place had had a great experience there while i was they. The drive will be worth it to Ft O since Tim doesnt need business. I live in Tunnel hill down the street from this place! I would get tired of driving all the way to town just to get my nails done, So I've been going here almost 6 months. EVERY time I go it's something different Complete nail not being painted, rushy job, etc. I try and not complain Cause Tim (the owner) is usually the only one working here. Si (another employee) was here today, I walk in and was told immediately to pick out my color and have a seat by Tim. Si was finishing a client. I did. 10 minutes later, mind you I'm still sitting and waiting, a couple come and ask for pedi's together. As Si starts to remove my polish Tim tells her to go start on that couple! So she gets up and starts working with them, So I'm like okay, maybe she is just gona soak their feet. NO, she legit starts their pedi's! And I'm like dude I was here first, you were already here with ME, and you just get up cause they walked in, What happen to first come first serve?!?! Need-less to say I was very upset. I politely put my polish I picked out back in the correct spot and walked out. I don't understand this!!!!!!!! Guess I'll be making that extra 10 mile...

I use to use a different nail salon, I wont say the same of the salon however what I will point out is that the other nail salon was always rude. They would seem to be bothered when I disliked something , they were never helpful and were always rude to me. I then chose to shop around for a new nail tech. That is when I came across "Nail Tech". From the start the nail techs were very respectful and never rushed the processes .
