Subway — Restaurant in Dalton

First of all, I would like to point out that if you are going to write reviews you should tell the good as well as the bad. So if you have a good experience make sure to put that out there also. I do not write that many reviews but of the ones that I have there are def more good than bad.

That being said if you choose to eat at this Subway, make sure that you know how your sandwich should be made before you order. I was starving and ordered 2 separate 6 inch multi grain flatbread sandwiches (BOGO deal via subway txt msg). I did not request that the bread be heated because all other subways that I have eaten at microwave the bread for you if you do not want it toasted. This has always been done without me having to ask or remind them. The reason for this is because all flatbread should be heated prior to making a sandwich to make it softer and more pliable (I actually learned this from another subway that obviously knew what they were doing). Otherwise if you do not, it will do as mine did today and crumble in your hands... not to mention taste like cardboard. Almost like undercook pizza crust. Just yuk.

As I tore into my first sandwich it split right down the middle at the bottom of the sandwich upon the first bite. This is when I realized that the bread had not been heated. After taking one more bite and my vegetables falling out onto the table, I asked the young lady "aren't you supposed to heat the bread first before making the sandwich"? Apparently she knows nothing about it because she basically made me feel wrong for asking and told me "no, you do not". No offer to fix the problem for me or make it better. End of discussion. I whelmed up throwing away about half of each… If I had not been starving I would've thrown...

So let me get this straight? I come here to the drive thru, and order a sandwich and i get told to pull up close by them to wait for my sandwich. I then wait 40 minutes on the phone talking to my friend waiting for my sandwich then I get video taped by the manager or a employee thinking that I was some kind of so called Ex boyfriend. They then proceed to video tape me and call the cops on me for a false reason of an ex boyfriend when I was literally just a customer who was just trying to get a sandwhich and the worst part about it was that I didnt even get my SANDWHICH. Worst place ever, if you order from here your probably gonna get the cops called on you just for ordering a...

I worked at a subway for months and never managed to make an order so wrong. I picked up a sub for myself and a friend a rather simple order on purpose because I had heard service was bad here. I received some sort of frankenstein's mish mash of various breads, meats, toppings, condiments that I hadn't ordered. To add insult to injury our total was wrong and the bread hadn't been allowed to rise and was flat, along with the regular flat bread that I hadn't ordered, I suppose they ran out of original bread halfway through.
