Burger Den — Restaurant in Georgia

Well, this time around I took my son with me and we decided to stop by and try Burger Den for the first time. The service .......wait, let me start over. It was about 10-10:30am. So it was in the morning, middle of the morning rush for breakfast and we didn't want the typical breakfast. We asked if we could get burgers instead and the lady behind the counter told us we could. Very friendly, courteous, and nice. So we ordered a couple of burgers, I ordered some tots and drinks. Boy, the drinks are huge, lemme tell you! The tots were a bit on the overdone side but still pretty good. The burgers were all that great. Now hold on before you jump down my throat. It could have been because we ordered them in the middle of the breakfast rush and it had the "grease" from sausage cooked into it. I don't know. But they didn't taste right. I figured I'll try again sometime later on a lunch rush and give a second opinion. The ambience is like a small town diner, you got your old timers sittin' half way across the room from each other talk-yellin' and everyone else just trying to eat. If you don't mind the atmosphere in the morning, come give it a try. I certainly will try it again. The price wasn't too off the mark with other fast...

I do have to update this review. It is a great place to eat people are friendly. The service is I have absolutely no complaints. The only I do not understand about the Burger Den in Rocky Face is the customers. If you want fast food don't go to the Burger dinner Rocky face. Saying this because their food is cooked fresh when you order it. It is worth the wait. So I have yet to order another chicken biscuit LOL. I tried the Burger Den in varnell. I did not like it as well as I do the one here in Rocky Face. Keep up the good work and the excellent food. Another update 01/30/2025 my husband and I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich at around 5:00. That was the worst chicken sandwich I had ever had period it ranks right there with a chicken biscuits.

Get home with my order this morning. The chicken biscuitHas only one thumb-sized chicken tender in the middle of the biscuit. I'm told this is all they have to work with. Ok, I understand this. So use 2 chicken tenders. $2.89 for this...

Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the food because the service was so terrible we walked out in the middle of our order. Walked in for lunch, stood for several minutes looking at the menu at the window, was never greeted or asked to have our order taken. Another patron walked in and was immediately greeted & offered service. After his order was taken, we again approached the window and had to wait to be acknowledged. When we were finally deemed worthy of having our order taken, I start to give the young lady my order and then she just up and walks away asking another person to take our order. When I questioned why this person didn't want to take our order, I wasn't given an answer other then I don't know. At this point I was totally fed up and we left. It's such a shame, as we have recently moved to the area and are much more inclined to support local business...
