Cheryl has been great to me and my family. I have a few things that she has just knocked out of the park. I had a custom engagement ring (white gold) made using 2 diamonds that were passed to me by my grandmother and 1 new larger diamond (certified with documentation) in the middle. The ring came out perfect and my wife gets compliments on it all the time. Cheryl took the time to even make private appointments when here shop was closed to go over options. The second bit I have is that my late grandfather had a gold (18k) crucifix that he left for my brother. My grandmother wanted to have some replicas made for me, my other brother and my uncles. Cheryl and her associates made the replicas so well that if the boxes weren't different from the original we would be able to notice the difference! I also got my wedding band (14k yellow gold)as well as my wifes from her (14k white gold). She made the process very easy as she has a lot of stock options that you can choose from. I lost a significant amount of weight after getting the band and she was more than willing to resize, add sizing ball and buff it for me. I found this place through a social Media post about where I could consign my children’s clothing and toys. I like that they have a very large acceptance of children’s clothing and toys but I do feel like they overwhelmed themselves with the amount of stuff they have vs traffic that comes in. Maybe a little more marketing could help on that front.

When I signed up I reviewed their contract with them. I didn’t feel like there was full transparency. I was told they keep your stuff on the floor to sell for 2 months (which IMO in comparison to how much stuff they have, is not long enough)and that it gets donated after that. When I came back and asked a question about a large baby item I had coming to an end I was then told it actually becomes their property after 2 months and they can do as they please with it. That’s fine, it just wasn’t explained to me that they will keep your item for a 100% profit to themselves...

THIS SHOP DESERVES MORE THAN 5 STARS!!!! I honestly can't say enough about Cheryl, the owner, and her top-notch customer service. My husband had my engagement ring custom made through her jewelry services and it completely blew me away (check out the pix!). It far exceeded everything I had hoped for in a ring. We were both so impressed by how well Cheryl listened and understood his ideas for the engagement ring and our ideas for the wedding bands. She honestly felt like family throughout the whole process!
