I was extremely disappointed with the quality of breakfast at this establishment when compared to the price. I got a $14 bagel lox on a supposedly âtoasted everything bagelâ per the menu but the bagel was not toasted at all and definitely tasted store bought. The fruit that came with the meal did not look fresh at all and only had 4 to 5 small pieces of pineapple and cantaloupe in the cup. The fruit was not edible. For a $14 breakfast sandwich I expected higher quality, the meal I got was not worth the price at all and was an extreme disappointment.
The other dish I got was the polar plunge French toast which was slightly better but it was dry and did not include the âwhipped cream and real organic maple syrupâ as advertised on the menu. If the dish didnât come with certain items then it should not be on the menu as itâs false advertising. I wouldnât even minded paying extra for the syrup if I had known it wouldnât be included.
I also would not recommend the cupcakes here especially considering they are supposed to be made in house. The cupcakes I got were small and the icing was nothing to write home about.
Overall, I expected better quality breakfast/brunch food for the price I was paying. The menu description and website made it seem like a cute local cafe so I was excited to try it. Needlessly to say, I will not be returning and Iâm ashamed to say I spent $60 on a low quality breakfast I may as well gone to Dunkinâ Donuts. This was supposed to be a special breakfast since it was a familyâs birthday, but everything tasted store bought. Did I say I was extremely...
Read moreOver the last few months I have had the pleasure of sampling over a dozen dishes across The Buzz's menu a full breakfast and lunch menu and literally dozens of different types of baked goods and pastries and every single dish has been a pleasure.
The owner recently created one of the most delicious and decadent birthday cakes for one of my munchkins that I've ever experienced. Other than having to add an extra digit to my calorie tracker I have no regrets!
Ya know those movies where a world class chef starts their own business in a small town area and offers world class food to local residents who have no idea how spoiled they are?...Well that's the deal at The Buzz.
The owner is a classically trained pastry chef who truly loves spreading joy with food. She has created a welcoming little environment in her shop and has assembled a team that seems as much a family as a group of co-workers. The menu is continually evolving and she's very accommodating for folks with restricted diets (gluten sensitivity, vegetarian, vegan, etc.)
This place is a small business that deserves your support. And given the consistently amazing quality of their food...you'll be very happy with your decision. Try them once...you...
Read moreWe recently got married and chose The Buzz to create our wedding cake â and we couldnât have been happier with how it turned out. It was absolutely perfect!
Finding a local bakery that felt comfortable with LGBTIA+ weddings was important to us. The Buzz exceeded our expectations, making us feel welcome and going above and beyond to make our special day even more amazing.
Our cake was a lemon masterpiece filled with lemon curd and raspberry filling. It was beautifully decorated with buttercream frosting, sugared rosemary, and candied lemon peels, giving it an elegant and unique touch. The cake itself was moist, flavorful, and perfectly balanced â just the right mix of sweet and tangy. Every bite was made from scratch, and it showed.
Wedding cakes are often more about appearance than taste, but not this one. Our guests couldnât stop raving about it, and weâre still talking about how delicious it was! The Buzz truly made our celebration unforgettable.
We highly recommend them for anyone looking for a wedding cake thatâs as stunning as it...
