On two separate occasions I have received empty bottles when exchanging for full ones. This has cost me lost time and money for fuel having to return to the store to exchange after I got home and found that the bottle was empty. I would highly suggest that anyone who decides to exchange bottles from the Danville VA location take a regulator with them to test the bottle capacity before leaving the store.
