I haven't made it in for the tour and tasting yet, but I will! I dropped in for lunch at The Still restaurant on-site. The burger was about a 2-3 napkin affair because it was so juicy and flavorful (go for the added bacon ;-), the fries were perfect, and the bread pudding was ... indulgent. O:-) The gift shop is nice, and they have some of their very tasty wares in stock to buy on-site. The people were even better! They could not have been nicer or more friendly! Time it right, and The Still is a lovely, quiet escape from driving or whatever else is on your mind. I'd bet that you need to call ahead at other times. Trust and watch your GPS screen! It may look like there are two ways to get there from the main road, but only one goes up the hill to reach Blue Rook. The other seems to go into private property.

We did the Master of the Art of Cane experience with Zack. It was fantastic! If you've ever done a bourbon tour, this was completely different. It was very informative and comfortable. As always, the food and drinks were incredible. Definitely returning soon!

If you go to Kentucky can’t miss Blue Rook Distillery. Such a special place. A very unique experience between all bourbon distilleries around. Tom was great!!! Don’t forget to book dinner at the great restaurant The Still.

My husband booked the “Gin discovery experience” as a birthday surprise. It was a great experience! We loved the detail, care, and knowledge that went in to the tour, and we came home with two great bottles of gin that we both made and a bottle of their cachaca.
