Went in yesterday to pick out a gift, walked by one employee right by the front door, he made eye contact but never acknowledged me. I go to the case with jewelry to get my wife a stocking stuffer. I started to ask the same employee if he could show me the gold bracelet in the case but before I could speak he asked if I had a mask... I told him no, that I forgot it in my hoodie I wore the day before. I did however ask him for one. He said they don’t provide customers with disposable masks and I had to leave. I said well I guess I’ll have to go elsewhere to buy a bracelet... he just looked at me and said “ok, bye” with it being this close to Christmas and they had maybe only 2 customers in their store they’d have a little better attitude. I ended up getting twice the gift right down the street from Dan’s at Exquisite Jewelers. The lady was more than happy to greet me, give me a disposable mask and treat me like a paying customer who meant something . I ended up getting a bracelet and was treated so nicely I bought a gold heart...

I pawned a tv here and they tried to claim I had defaulted on the loan even after I showed them a ticket paying toward the item. When I explained that I paid toward the item in January having gotten that date from the PREVIOUS months payment they seemed confused and continued to insist I defaulted. I was asked for my payment tickets (I only had the most recent one) and they said I would need to find those. So I suggested they look up the records of my payments in their system which they finally did. Not surprisingly, it showed my payments for each month leading up to the current date. When I asked to pawn a white gold ring the lady insisted it was sterling (ring is literally stamped 10K) and was very rude. Most of the staff are rude and condescending. Will not be going here again. Spend an hour of your time and drive to Top Dollar Pawn in Lexington. They are family run...

Only 2 good guys in the whole store that will actually handle your business correctly, the rest are short rude and don't give a crap about your requests or needs. They walk off on customers that have just approached the counter and come back ten minutes later just to handle somebody else that just showed up. The manager only cares about what watches you can bring to him for his collection when your in dire need or a time of desperation. So it's no wonder his employees are a scattered & unprofessional. Last time he was apologizing so I wouldn't sue them because they were so disrespectful. One of the guys tried to tell me I wouldn't get what I was asking for and tried to deny me service, just for his boss to come out and give me the money I asked for anyways. Lol...
