We have been members for almost three years and always find the staff to be warm and friendly. We especially love the 9a M-F classes with Lynn. She creates an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and comfortable doing what’s best for their body. Lynn adds something special to our mornings and we ALWAYS leave her class with a smile. Was here for a birthday party today. The kids all had a good time. However, I didn't know the rules for a child wearing a swimmie. The life guard could NOT have been more rude! Everyone around me couldn't believe how she spoke to me.AND she was blowing her whistle at my granddaughter for her to get out .... SHE'S 4!! I understand they have rules...but holy cow man. SHE WAS DOWNRIGHT rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. It was enough to say I'd NEVER recommend...

Have been a member on/off for over 10 years. Mostly they just take my money for very little in return because, as other people have mentioned, there is very little pool availability outside of work hours.
