Subway — Restaurant in Mechanicsville

My husband, infant son and I decided to stay in the area for the night due to a fall member's surgery. Our son decided to start teething so we didn't want to leave the hotel so we ordered Doordash... It was a horrible experience, took us an hour and a half to get the food and was quoted 35 minutes this place mind you was less then 15 minutes away. The driver showed up handed the food and walked away with no explanation. So we finally sit down to eat and everything was incorrect, I was super disappointed with doordash so I decided to call the store. Every time I have ordered from this location they ALWAYS get my order wrong. I get a pizza sub and specifically order NO SAUCE. the continuously put sauce on it even though it is stated no sauce. I called this location to explain the problem and the lady who answered the phone made my order and was cursing at me saying “this is usually how we make them unless stated otherwise” which is was stated otherwise. Went here to get dinner and there was 3 people working. Only one girl was actually doing anything, working her butt off while the other two people (a guy and a girl) just flirted the whole time. The food was gross; tasted like no one cared about their jobs. The spinach was watery, the chicken was rubbery and nothing tasted fresh.. even the cookies were bad; how do you mess up cookies?
