Ok to correct my review for you craig i was looking at an 08 maxima that you guys priced for 5995 online... when i went there the car looked good they just finished cleaning it up and had the rims looking shiny but had noticed the chrome trim on the car peeling off no biggie its a 9 yr old car... then i had my mechanic look at it first thing that he and i noticed was that the tires on the car were almost bald craig said as long as the tire tread is no less than 2/32 its still passible in a mass inspection.... then we looked at the front brakes they were brand new but the back brakes looked like they havent been touched in a couple years....okay not a big deal i can buy those tires from a junkyard cheap and get the back brakes done for a few hundred next thing we did was take it for a test drive 1st thing i noticed before we even left the lot was the rough idle in the car and the cheesy steering wheel cover. On top of that the cars push to start feature didnt work because key fob battery was dead which again wasnt a big deal he said he could replace the battery but he wouldnt allow me to take off the steering wheel cover because that looked good to him. When i asked if he had a vehicle history report craig said he didnt have one and that the car was a trade in ...so that was a red flag in my head when i asked about what he did to the car he showed me a paper report of just the brakes being done so right then i asked what did he do to the engine he said nothing because it needed nothing but with the rough idle noticeably in the car with me and my mechanic present he wasnt trying to admit something more needed to be done to the car so i knew the car was gonna need work and for a reasonable price i offered 4300 out of 5995 because of the tune up the car was going to need and the tires and brakes but no he refused because he knew he could sucker somebody else into getting that maxima because he was already bragging to me about how he sold a nissan altima yesterday for almost 6k and on top of that i heard one of his staff say not to worry about the maxima because its "cheapy" SOOO all in all i gave you this bad review craig because you need to look at people differently and treat em with respect im not mad that you didnt take my offer im just not happy with your customer service... its like all you cared about was the money and if it wasnt coming from a bank it wasnt good enough for you on top of that you shouldnt be texting me talking about how im a piece of sh** because i gave you a bad review that is just...
Read moreI agree. They do not go through their cars. I bought a 2006 Nissan Quest. He sold it to me saying it was fully loaded. My husband looked at him and said do I need to sit here and try everything or does everything work. Craig looked at him and said already did, everything works. Before I even drove away the dvd player didn't work. 2 days later it started to rain IN my car! Lots of water not a leak. Went to get it registered and inspected. I had to pay tax on the full sales price because he's not a registered MA dealer. Had 3 tail lights out and broken wipers. Took the car back to have the water issue repaired, the dvd replaced and the tail lights replaced. If NH had a lemon law or the contract said I had options I would have left the car there. I told him there was an issue with the brakes he told me it was rust on the rotors that would come off. No the rotor was super warped. Couldn't get the tires off the car because they all had after market rims and no key for the lug nuts. I was told there was an automatic car starter and car alarm. He told me that I needed new batteries for the remotes. I got new batteries and that didn't work so I took it to a place that does starters and they said the whole brains of the auto starter and alarm were ripped out of the car. I stressed I really wanted a car with heated seats. They don't work. The CD player also doesn't work but wait theirs more! The A/C adapters don't work either. I was 9mths pregnant with my 3rd child when I bought this and I feel he totally took advantage of me. Every day I wake up pissed off that I spent my money on this awful vehicle. Spent the extra few bucks and go...
Read moreTerrible dealership and a bad car. The vehicle I purchased was advertised with cross bars. Both in pictures and under the details of the vehicle. They wouldn't do anything about it, either give me some money off or nothing. Just told me "it's only a few hundred dollars not a big deal." Now I have to go out and try to find some and spend another few hundred dollars that I shouldn't have had to spend. Another complaint is the communication was fairly poor between the employees. My car was supposed to be cleaned before I picked it up and never was washed on the outside or the inside. They are supposed to inspect the car I paid money for them to do so. But they said they had computer problems so I never ended up getting the car inspected there and had to go pay again somewhere else with no reimbursement of any kind. I bought a car they said was in great shape, was told the owner was using it as his person car for awhile. But within 4 months I noticed that it was having head gasket leaking issues. Could of possibly not been that way when I got it from them but kind of doubt it at this point. I was told that I only needed to put down $100 until I returned, that quickly turned into $3000 no money back. They seemed like nice people up until they took my money then everything changed. I've put $6,000 into the vehicle that was supposed to be in great shape, was lied to multiple times. I tried to be positive about this place in my last review and tried to brush off the bad stuff but I'm just really not happy...
