Hurricane Grill & Wings-Palm City — Restaurant in Florida

I’ve been here so many times, I’ve always been a loyal customer to Palm City hurricanes. Today my husband and I went in as we saw an ad on their Facebook page that they were having cinco de mayo specials. The advertisement clearly stated the palm city location(I have a screen shot). When we showed the staff they all blew us off telling us it was not valid there. To make it even worse, we even showed the manager the actual post on their fb page and he completely disregarded us and told us it’s wrong and he won’t be honoring it. The whole situation was handled very poorly as it was not our fault their Facebook had wrong info and the deal should’ve been honored since we had the proof. The manager did bring over an appetizer coupon but my husband explained we probably won’t be back. Again, the manager completely blew us off and didn’t even care. Had they been busy I could’ve understood a little more that they didn’t care if we gave them our business or not, but they were dead. Unexpectedly Closed on Easter Sunday but processed my online order anyway!

My wife and I had a hankering for some wings and called Hurricanes in Palm City. The recording said they were busy and that we should place our order online for pickup. Google showed that they were open, so I placed and paid for the order. I made the 40 minute round trip to pickup dinner only to find that they were closed. We ended up eating leftovers!

I called the next day and found out that the GM closed the restaurant for "Unknown" reasons and another manager from another store was covering for him. I could not speak to the GM because he was out on Monday also. They did process a refund but without so much as an apology. I wasted a good hour and a couple gallons of gas. Don’t eat here!!!! Terrible service! Just ate an early dinner here. We have a good local hurricanes in our town so we thought we’d give this location a try. Shorter dude with brown curly hair was our server. He seemed like he’d be attentive at first but then he sat down with a fellow co-worker who had just finished her shift while our food sat in the window getting cold. Considering that he was sitting when we walked in we should’ve known he was going to lazy. My boyfriends burger was cold and missing onion rings. Our waiter proceeded to blame the chef. Then the onion rings sat In the window while our server was nowhere to be found. Not once did our waiter fill up our drinks. And to top it off they were messing with the lights while we were eating.
