I’m going to give the people that work here a 10 and the purchasing agent a 1 so it’s still a 5 Star review. I originally came here not knowing a thing about vaping, but explained my situation which was I wanted to desperately quit smoking cigarettes. The person behind the counter hooked me up with a Geek Vape and I quit smoking thank God! I worked my way from a high MG all the way down to 3mg and 0mg of nicotine. That’s the good part. My criticism is they are always out of the coils or pods. When they do have them I don’t want to be “that guy” that buys them all up where the rest of their customers are SOL so I usually only buy 2-3 boxes. I travel a lot with my job so I kind of need them to be stocked up. If you are going to be the purchasing agent then purchase something simple like this. It’s not a big investment to have plenty of these things on hand. I don’t want to drive to Mobile looking for these things. Often purchasing agents base their orders off weekly sales. What the data does not reflect is “missed” sales. My solution was to go online and buy direct from GeekVape. If you buy in volume it runs about the same price. I’ll still do business with this store, but if I can get everything I need online I’m open to just doing business that way and use the store as a backup for my coils and juice. I really do like the people that work here. Very knowledgeable and friendly, but it does me no good if you don’t keep product...

I worked nxt door when this store opened, at first i was so excited but that was very short lived. I'm so tired of this store not having what i need for 3-6 weeks at a time. Everytime i go in looking for coils they are sold out, meanwhile the employees are sitting behind the counter with the same tank as me just vaping their heart out, glad u guys could take the last coils for yourselves, and dont get me started on MODS. ANY DECENT MOD THEY KEEP FOR THEMSELVES!!! i have been asking for a Rick and Morty mod for months, even emailed the designer. He told me he had made one for the stores, i went by and found out an EMPLOYEE pocketed the mod before it even left the back room. If your gonna over charge me for the same mod that EVERY OTHER VAPE STORE IN TOWN HAS, then i'm not coming back and if your gonna put your employees over your customers i'm gonna continue to spend my thousands of dollars a year online, not at a store that doesn't...

I went into Cloud 9 Vapes tonight to buy a Mod someone had recommended, but I asked the young man running the shop his opinion. After explaining to the young man (Gareson) why i needed a new vape he recommended a different Mod. He took the time to explain to me the way the tech worked, and why it was a better choice. I took a chance and trusted his advice. I am so glad I did. I am very happy with my new Mod and it solves all the problems I was having with my old one.
