This is a true story. I walked in and wanted the $10 supreme with no onions. I tell the soon to be rude manager this. She says you can't get it without onions if you do it is a build your own pizza and it's $14. She then starts to get rude acting like I'm a idiot for wanting it that way. I leave and go to my car not believing getting one less topping on a pizza will cost me more money. We all know the only reason to ever eat Little Caesars is because it's cheap. For $14 much better pizza can be had in Daphne. I sit in my car astounded and decided to call the store not knowing the rude girl was a manager. I soon figured it out but she did inform me the store owner was in. I asked to speak with him. He got on the phone then informed me that he chose to let us customers have those specials, he also stated that any changes to them moved you to the make your own pizza which would run $14 for the same pizza without a topping. My questions are how does a pizza minus a topping cost more ? What about making the customer happy ? Does corporate know of these franchise owners making the brand look bad ? I guess we will find out when I call them and ask tomorrow. The store owner had a opportunity to make the situation right but chose to be rude also. I worked at another Pizza place for years as a side job. Our motto was apologize, give the customer what they want, give them something extra. That's how you promote a brand. That's how you get repeat customers. I would have been happy with no problem Sir we can make you one without onions. I'm wondering if the pizzas are premade frozen ones or something. Is it that hard to put one less topping on a pizza and is it worth losing a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered online, arrived at drive thru window at exact time I was told it would be ready, after being in drive thru line for 30 minutes. Young man at drive thru window gave me the brownies and soda I ordered, told me pizzas were in the oven, to pull around up front and they would be brought out to me. I waited for 50 (FIFTY) minutes. Front door was locked at 7 no one could get in, drive thru line was long, didn't want to wait in line another 30 minutes. Had my 2 young and hungry grandsons in car with me. I was parked in front of store so when another customer knocked on front door until the young girl working up front came and unlocked the door to see what he wanted, I was able to open my car door and stand to tell the girl I had been waiting 50 minutes since I was told pizzas were in the oven and she threw her hand, palm out up and replied "ok". I then asked if the pizzas had burned. The girl finally asked my name and when I told her she said she would bring the pizzas to me, she knew right where they were. If I had not already pre paid for the order I would have left after waiting a "reasonable" length of time, 15-20 minutes. The pizzas were luke warm, not hot and ready as advertised! Taking my business elsewhere. Obviously this store is poorly managed and unable to handle a volume of customers and I don't appreciate the young girl's...
Ā Ā Ā Read morethese are my wings that I got tonight at Little Caesars. Iāve had them there before theyāve never been burnt like this and shriveled up. I thought it only had seven because I couldnāt find the tiny one liquid and if youāre wondering if they taste burnt, they do call the store in order and at that time I found them I couldnāt see. I mentioned that they were burnt and shriveled up and I got no response about that. Went to Little Caesars tonight ordered the fabulous four, got home and opened my pizza and this is what I got the manager there says I donāt know what happened. āI donāt know why itās like that. I wasnāt out there. It says to put it on the top oven rack.ā Iāve never had a little Caesars pizza like this my guess is it was already made up sitting there and then they put it back in the oven. It is hard as a rock. This is...
