I came to Sharon Hill for the first time in years and I can not believe how my friend and I were treated! I normally go to EMR Tioga, actually I frequent this location two to three times a day and am very happy. This is why I felt comfortable enough to think I could visit any emr and have a positive experienc. Unfortunately this was anything but positive. I was treated so poorly that I left this yard feeling so disrespected that I feel that I need to spread the word that this EMR should be avoided at any cost by anyone who believes in common courtesy and respect for another human being. Excellent manager with really great people skills. Randy stays on top of his helpers in a nice friendly way and also handles problems and disputes with all concerned in a VERY CALM yet Wise way. Helping to keep tensions down. The supporting staff is helpful, and knowledgeable. Prices are fair and good. Karl also has been a constant study ,str strong,VERY quite assistance at the yard for many MANY years. Prices are great and everyone has always been friendly and helpful. The hours are also great because I have a large family and work full time so it's not always easy to get to the scrap yard during the day. Would be even better if they were opened on Sundays. I'm sure theres plenty of others that would say the same. I know i'm not the only one that couldn't make it in time on Saturday.Would probably turn out to be a great day for a lot of people and a big money...
