I am put it 3 stars because very nice and friendly security ladies and good shipping guys but Company policy is sucks. I have a 40 lb over gross weight and lady from office send me back to shipper and completely unload me because I'm overweight. Make sure you know if you pick up load on that facility and you have a 1 pound over gross weight she's send you back to dock...

Workers loading trucks do not know how to load the correct weight, takes several times to get weight at the right amount. You spend 3 plus hours here waiting to be loaded because company does not have priorities in order. Trucks that take an hour to get loaded go before trucks that only take 10 minutes to be loaded. Always running out of inventory and constantly...

Shit place to get loaded. On dock from 2hours not started yet. Everybody looks confuse here nobody know what to do First you go to guard shack give them PO they will give you loading sheet, you hand that over to shipper then shipper ask someone in office for load and that lady often on...
