I got married on 10/7/23. The customer service was good, the pricing was okay, but I showed them what I wanted for my bridesmaid (very simple whit roses and baby’s breathe) showed them the inspiration for my bouquet and I wanted the grooms and groom men’s boutonnières to be the newer way (on an index card for the front pocket so they wouldn’t slant or wilt). I sent them pictures to their cellphone so they could look back for a reference. They told me the payment would be half now and half later. I said okay that’s fair and paid for the first half, well the girl charged me the whole thing when I paid. Then, they suggested (after we left) something completely different for my bridesmaids to make it look like mine. I told them no and again what I wanted. My bouquet wasn’t as big as the picture I showed them and they placed things in there as “filler” which were ugly, I ended up taking them out myself. The boutonnières were not for the pockets, they came ready to be pinned on! All the flowers were fresh and pretty when they arrived, I just wished if they didn’t understand what I meant or didn’t understand what they were looking at they...

I have sent flowers to my mother multiple times now. ( I live in WI) Arrangements are custom made to order and have been delivered that very day! Plus, I have never been charged a delivery fee, but my mom does live in Dawson. ( The first time I called around looking for a florist they quoted me a $29.00 delivery fee!) Each and every time, my mom calls me when she receives them, thanking me and telling me how beautiful they are and how she absolutely loves her flowers! ( Mission accomplished! ) I have come to completely trust her taste and style, even though I have never even stepped foot in her shop. I highly recommend this shop, especially when ordering long distance for special occasions. Now, this is the only shop I will order from as I am completely confident that they will "" go above and beyond"" as my mom quoted to me when describing her birthday arrangement today. Shhh don’t tell anyone! I don’t want Tammy getting a big head. BUT!!! EVERYTHING I have EVER received from this Florist is absolutely magnificent. Great quality, excellent craftsmanship, ( yes that is a thing in the floral world. Sometimes you literally have to build an arrangement to withstand the elements ) design is impeccable. An arrangement from Belle Flowers doesn’t just say Happy Birthday or Happy Mothers Day. It says you are special and loved beyond measure. I’ve sent arrangements for thank yous, Birthdays, Christmas, & funerals. My arrangements always stands out and people call or text and asked who did my flowers? I have done flowers for many years myself . Her work is way better than mine. Those ladies rock!!!...
