Not only has this delay caused significant inconvenience, but I’ve had to refund or heavily discount my own customers because of the delay.
The only communication I’ve received from the company is a generic response about “issues with our delivery service.” This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. A company that values its customers should offer more than just an apology—it should provide a tangible solution or compensation for the inconvenience caused. Instead, I’ve received nothing but an excuse, leaving me to bear the full impact of their operational shortcomings.
