Amazing food and amazing people!!

Husband and I have noticed this food truck every time we drive to town and finally decided to make a stop here for dinner! I am SO glad we did. The staff were so personable and kind, and very obviously passionate about what they do! They talked to us a bit about their favorite parts of running their own food business and we could tell they were excited to share. They made us excited for them! We can’t wait to see how the atmosphere will be when they finish reaching all of their goals! They partner with a local baker for their sourdough, which as a baker myself I loved and appreciated!

Now let’s get to the food, lol. It was…AMAZING! 🤩😋🤤 I got the avocado turkey bacon sandwich and let me just tell you, you’ve never had a turkey sandwich like this one. Absolutely outstanding. My husband got a philly cheesesteak, however they had run out of the typical bread they would normally use. They were very adaptable about this and helped him choose another type of bread (milk bread, I believe it was?) and despite the loaf size difference, they still packed all the same amount of meat he would’ve normally gotten. I took a bite of his sandwich too and again…OUTSTANDING! We cannot wait to comeback on a weekend when they have their barbecue. I already know what I’m ordering! Brisket Elote here I come…🤤 I’ll have to take pictures of the food next time so I can show it off here for all of y’all’s eyes to eat 😉

So glad we stopped, as this is our new favorite place to go for dinner! No more driving all the way out to town for measly fast food when we want a break from cooking dinner for ourselves. Weavers has our back!...

What a gem. This place is so unassuming...a trailer off the beaten path in a small town. I read the reviews and went out of my way to swing by and I was NOT disappointed. Great service (they genuinely want you to enjoy the food) and fantastic food...I enjoyed every single thing I put in my mouth. I got the sampler because I wanted to try everything, knowing full well there was a zero percent chance I finished it all. The turkey was incredibly moist, the brisket had a great bark, great flavor, and was cooked to perfection, the poppers were out of this world, and the sides were delicious as well (potato salad and dirty rice). If I'm ever near the area again, there's zero doubt I'll be swinging by again. Hopefully they do well enough to build a spot to sit and enjoy the fruits of...

I wish I would have thought to take a pic but I was starving and just dug in. I ordered delivery with special instructions. Due to the app, they couldn't adjust my order the way I wanted. However, Chad called me and offered to call the App company to see if they could adjust it. I declined, but we ended up having an awesome conversation. When my order arrived, it was perfection. The moist Brisket was just right, the best hot BBQ sauce I've tasted since coming to TX, the potato salad was as good as grandma's. The pickled cukes and red onions were amazing. the denouement/dessert was something called a Texas Twinkie. Food of heaven. If you don't know what it is, you'll just have to go here and find out.
