Rainbow Shops — Local services in Dayton

My last time shopping there, they have really gone down in that location (Westown in Dayton, Ohio). I visited there about 3 weeks ago and was so distracted by the nastiness of the store, I did not spend time there like I used to. After my visit, I contacted Rainbow Shops via email. They did respond quickly and told me my complaint would given to the District Manager. Obviously, that has not happened because today when I returned to spend my store credit from the last visit, the place was nastier than before! Clothes hanging around on racks dragging on a nasty floor that has not been vacuumed since I don't know when! When you leave there you feel like you need a bath and during a health pandemic, the company should be ashamed of themselves...don't recommend you shop there,...
