Bought product online and it came but not satisfied. Note, once you confirm purchase, you basically cannot alter items or cancel should you decide to. I wanted to change shoe size or cancel purchase but the service online to contact support to adjust anything is non-existent. They just send it out. I believe a reason for this (among other returning hassles) could be because there is a restocking fee which may deter a lot of customer from returning . Also, the reviews of products on bowlingball.com is not reliable. This is due to the fact that they pick and choose which one to show because it goes through their approval system.
