I had this company do three fairly large jobs for me a two large homes. They never once left me an owner's manual on any of the equipment I purchased from them. Their response time and service is very poor. I was promised a quote for a Control 4 system over the weekend and 7 weeks later i still never heard from them.. This company charges an undisclosed service charge of 75 dollars for their milage from Decatur even if they are in your neighborhood. They also round up hourly labor costs even if they are their for 2 minutes into the next hour. I recently was charged 245 dollars to program a MX remote that I had in my house. They were there for 1.2 hours. Pretty expensive wages. the supposedly President Chris Caston does not return emails or phone calls and is very rude when does. Chris, Jack and their outstanding crew just installed a large surveillance system in my Storage Unit Facility. The design and installation was done professionally and in a timely manner. I challenge anyone to find a company that pays as much attention to all of the details as Innovative Concepts. I have been a customer since Chris opened back in the 90's and they have always been first in class in not only products, but customer service!
