Wings Etc. — Restaurant in Decatur

Service was terrible. After we got our drinks and placed our order, our waitress did not come back to our table for over an hour. With empty drinks, we asked another waitress to have ours come to our table. We asked for refills and why our food was taking so long. She refilled our drinks and came back half hour later with our food, which was not what I ordered. I ordered 10 traditional Asian Kick, what I got was was boneless buffalo. I asked for a manager. The manager came to our table and I explained what the problem was. She offered to have the kitchen remake my food. But we'd already been there for an hour and a half! So I declined and chose to just hit a drive thru on my way home. Then the waitress came over and left the bill on the table and walked away without saying a word. I looked at it and could not believe what I saw. The manager comped our bill a whopping $5 and typed in "SUPER PISSED" by the comp. The service is absolutely terrible at Wings Etc. And the food that was right was okay at best. They will not get my business again. PS The place was not busy whatsoever during my visit so the wait for food was...

TDRL; If you go to Wings Etc. dont get the wings, get the etc. I could rate this 1 star, but I’ve had worse.

For the most part, the food will not impress you. The most redeeming factor of this the sports bar aesthetic it has. Otherwise, the food is below average at best and and just plain bad at worst. First time, I tried the wings and they were the worst wings I’ve had. Other times I’ve tried their burgers and you can tell so easily that it is a basic frozen patty with no real depth of flavor. If that’s what you like then good, but it isn’t for anyone who truly enjoys a good burger. All other items are ok at best. I will say the drinks are pretty decent and priced well. As stated above, the etc is better than wings and that’s just sad. Besides the food, the service has lacked every single time I’ve visited this place. It will take a while and if you show here you should come with that expectation in mind. Overall, it’s a pass...

First and last time I will ever go to wings in Decatur Indiana. Service was good. But she never checked on us never refilled our drinks. Waited over a hour for food that never came, we finally had enough asked waitress when was food going to be out after hearing her said 3 times she has all this food to take out. Staff sat in a booth and was getting drunk. Cook included. They were getting loud and talking about how certain customers order and the husband picks up the order sits there and flirts and has affairs. Worse display of customer service and ethics I have ever seen. I will never go back the staff left a very nasty taste for me. I enjoy trying new restaurants but I have never seen that display and I worn ppl please be careful staff tells your business when drinking.
