Overlook Adventure Park — Local services in Decatur

There are a few things they “overlooked” at this place. Not only do the batting cages NOT work very well. They jam and are empty and after trying three different cages, we finally gave up. Went and asked them to refund the difference between the mini golf we played and the batting cages that we’re unusable and the employee tells me “we don’t give refunds.” LOVE that. So, pay for a service and when it doesn’t work, too bad. Employee tried to give us passes to come another time. We don’t live here and he still wouldn’t refund. I asked him to find a manager and he said there was t one. I asked him if he’d want his money if it didn’t work and he agreed but still looked at me like I was not making sense. Asked him to call someone, ya know, like if they’d had an emergency, so he tried and said she wasn’t picking up. Sad level of service and an understanding fir the customer. This is definitelyNOT how you stay in business; especially in an economic climate like this. We’ll have to call tomorrow and see if there is any...

My husband and I enjoy a great putt putt course when we have the opportunity to play. With our long work days and crazy family schedules, it is sometimes difficult to find places open to fit our schedules. Staying open until 10pm on a week night is perfect! You have to sign In by 9:30, but still, that is awesome. The facility is very clean and welcoming. As this was our first time here, we know we will return again. Nice staff. First time coming here at all with the family. Mom, Dad, 13year old, 4year old, 10month old. They gave our baby a plastic club so he wouldn't feel left out. So cute. First time golfing for the kids. They loved it. We felt a little rushed cause it was busy, people piling up behind us due to us having to show our kids how to do it properly.
