I love Norby’s selection, the new greenhouse and the updates. That being said, I’m done. I will never go back. I keep giving the cashiers the benefit of the doubt but my last two visits have proven to me that it is not worth it. I’ve not ever dealt with more rude, condescending people in the retail business…EVER. Today I lugged in a 60# bag of concrete mix that I needed to return. I knew they were busy and wanted to be helpful. When I hoisted it on to the counter some of the dust puffed out of the bag. It's strikingly different from my experience in other stores like them, even after a couple of visits to the store this week. If you're hoping to quickly get 2 things and get out and you don't already know where they are, Norby's is probably less convenient than driving across town to Ace or Fisks where you'll find helpful and...
