We recently had a pleasant service technician experience with Michelle that was quite knowledgeable! Coming from (my wife & I, 2 major geeks) and business owners in the field service commercial mainly, but we started in residential. Some major pointers for all field service technicians; 1) Always carry a parts layout pad & magnetic screws holder. 2)Take before pictures 3) Count your parts coming out and going in. 4) Take after photos. 5) If you get to a point of either 2nd guessing yourself and or frustration. Take a break or tell your client your sorry but you must reschedule. 6) Always calculate the minimum time it will take for the parts replacement & estimate your troubleshooting max time. 7) Once you hit the threshold, stop, reschedule a new visit. Which gives you time to refresh your mind and possibly get new information. NEVER MAKE EXCUSES for doing your job. Michelle had some major factors to overcome. A Sears stackable Washer dryer set. (But it does not matter WHERE that washer dryer set is) so much as it does that you didn't have a Service help line to assist within Sears. Michelle DID her job as well as she could with the experience & tools she had. Management should NEVER say "No good deed goes unpunished " to a reasonable, non-upset client! Nor should the statement "We're going to cut our losses" to a client. As a Retired Disabled Veteran and senior citizen out of the Service field of 55 yrs. I know how difficult these service calls can be. We're very understanding of what Michelle went through all of this. Our home being a 5th wheel to mobile home conversion has NOTHING to do with Michelle's performance as she was able to service and access the unit in a fairly reasonable time. It was more of trying to do this call under pressure of other jobs, falling behind and of course Sear Kenmore machine. We appreciated her very diligent, hard work at our home! REVIEW EDIT 06.16.2025 After making it clear that I am a Disabled Veteran on medications and NOT to call our home before 1000 hours. The store manager obviously does not listen to client requests, not even when I leave messages on Voicemail. This causes me real grief and your loss of credibility. 06.18.2025 & 06.20.2025 Update. After a visit from Michelle again and a discussion with the owner. We came up with a good compromise due to the difficulties with the Sears Kenmore stackable intermittent heating issue. We paid a reasonable price for the service and we are very pleased with Rockweiler Appliance & TV! We will do business with them again!

We have loved working with Rockweiler over the last 8 years. They have helped us pick out affordable appliances when our refrigerator died unexpectedly a month after moving in to our first home. They helped us pick out a new microwave after ours died a month after moving the next time around. Both instances they could have tried to upsell, knowing we were desperate and not able to wait on a purchase or shop around, but instead they took the time to listen to our needs and help us get exactly what we wanted. Their price match guarantee always makes us feel comfortable with our purchase price, knowing their best interest is always in having the customer satisfied. We highly recommend Rockweiler!

I was really surprised and thankful to find that Rockweiler had refrigerators in stock and ready to deliver to us in less than a week after calling around to other stores. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the fridge we were interested in and the service that comes with it. When we brought up one concern with the size of the ice maker, he was able to offer a solution and we walked out of the store in less than an hour happy with our purchase, knowing when the delivery was that week, and at a price that was reasonable! The delivery and installation when smoothly and not having to worry about disposal of the old fridge was a bonus! Thank you...
