Acton Men's Shop — Local services in DeCordova

I needed a white dress shirt and I wanted to support a local business-so, I went to the Acton Men's Shop. I walked in today and whomever was working definitely saw me walk in. They walked somewhere out of sight in the back of the store and never came back out again. Now, I have a blue collar job and was in my work clothes. But my money spends just the same as anyone else's. I couldn't find a white shirt in my size among the ones on display. I waited a few minutes for anyone to come out to help me. They didn't and I left. From the parking lot of the store, I ordered a shirt from Amazon. They are going to ship it to my house tomorrow for free and I probably paid less online than in the Acton Men's Shop. I really do want to support local businesses--but if you don't want my money,...

If I could give no stars I would, if you are looking for customer service or even an owner that cares if you buy something or not then avoid this place at all costs. I personally dealt with the owner himself and he was rude and very insulting from the start. I am surprised this place ever did...
