I cannot speak more highly of this garden center. I think the biggest flaw is that they start to give me strange looks after wandering around the green house for 3 hours. It’s my Disneyland. The flowers are always (always) in near perfect condition. They must put a ton off care into them and in their presentation because this isn’t a place where you’re narrowing between the best two plants; all the plants are gorgeous. It’s impossible to make a decision. I have never gone planning on buying “just a few” and not walked out with a wagon full of plants…. that transplant excellently and remain healthy. You can get here from anywhere I've watched this place evolve from a hay wagon stand to a gazebo-tent display and now full greenhouse with all of the above. I was overwhelmed with how beautiful the greenhouse looked. The plants are healthy, so much variety, flowers, herbs, garden starts. Mill River has always been popular with locals. Thursday to Sundays May & June. Come fall the harvest of pumpkins, mums & corn stalks will open the stand again. After that late fall Christmas trees, cemetery boxes, wreaths & roping are available.
