S. Deerfield Pizzeria — Restaurant in Deerfield

After living in the area for three years I had grown accustomed to the limited options for delivery food. For awhile the quality and service for Primo's was stellar. The staff happy.

That has changed.

The last five times we have ordered they brought our food to the wrong address, forgot things, brought us the wrong food or just not delivered.

We have been placing the safest order the last ten times because it was the hardest thing for them to screw up, yet they always did. They would promise credits or would make up the delivery.

This last time we ordered some mozzarella sticks, a pizza and chicken wings. We ended up with jalapeño poppers, chicken fingers (not wings), and a terribly out together pizza.

After calling them back they said we didn't say any of the things we ordered, were combative, refused to correct it, and suggested I write a review.

So this...

I've been ordering from here for almost 2 years (putting up with them because they are close and convenient) but after tonight I will never order from there ever again. Often the orders have something wrong, or missing, or the quality of the food is bad. Once we got completely burnt calamari, tonight we got undercooked pizza, still very doughy. This is literally the 5th time in a row they sent us regular calamari when we asked for spicy. Even after the girl on the phone apologised for all the other times and said she would make it a point to make sure we got what we ordered this time. They also forgot to put ricotta on my calzone. Again.

Wait times for food are long, the girl who normally answers the phone is indifferent to the point of rudeness, the food is sub-par even for a greasy Pizza joint. Prices are what you would expect for a...

Checked closing time prior to arrival. Arrived at 8:27. Closing time was 9pm. Went to counter...no one was there...pushed the bell. A man came out that took our order, very unhappily. Asked, "this is to go, right?" I said, "we'd like to have it for here if we could?" He told us that by the time our food was ready, we would be so close to closing time, that we couldn't dine in. What's the point of being open till 9, if you won't let people eat inside UNTIL 9pm???? Very rude, clearly this person only wanted to get off of work. No interest in the patrons. I've never heard of a restraunt not allowing a person to finish their meal because it runs past closing time a little bit. Will not return. Food we ordered was relatively good, but plain cheese pizza was awful. Take more interest in your customers...cause you...
