Dangerous Negligence ā Got a Second-Degree Burn
Unbelievable. I didnāt just get a bad meal ā I got scalding hot food handed to me with NO box, NO bag, NO protection whatsoever, and now I have a second-degree burn. My skin is literally peeling because of their absolute carelessness. How is this allowed?! How does a restaurant think itās okay to physically injure customers?
This is not āoopsā ā this is reckless, dangerous, and completely unforgivable. Basic common sense says you donāt serve molten-hot food straight into someoneās hands, yet apparently customer safety means NOTHING here. I walked away in pain, blistering, and furious because this place canāt be bothered to do the absolute minimum to prevent harm.
This isnāt bad service ā itās a hazard. A restaurant that canāt serve food safely shouldnāt exist. I will NEVER go back, and anyone reading this should think twice before risking their health here. Completely disgusting, completely irresponsible, and shameful...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLove holiday! But not the pizza. The sauce is waaaaaay too oily & gives me a wicked belly ache. However, they make amazing salads, we really love their Greek salad, they have some of the best salad dressings in western ma, their calzones are AMAZING, but the best thing there is what I lovingly call "Crack bread" because it's sooooo addicting!!! Its their garlic bread with cheese. The way they make it is unique, the bread doesn't bother my belly at all even tho I'm gluten sensitive, generous amounts of cheese which we appreciate as vegetarians (that's are only protein sometimes!), & very generous amounts of butter with REAL garlic, not just garlic powder. Sometimes I just go buy one & eat nothing else lol. It's piping hot, crunchy but not hard but also soft & squishy but not soggy! It's truly an art form! And the best garlic bread I've ever had! Hands down!!!
Thank you Mario for all you do to keep our town well fed. WE APPRECIATE YOU!!!!...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGot the meatball grinder to go, there were no details online about what is in it exactly.
I assumed it would be beef meatballs, didnāt even think to ask. The grinder smelled very strongly of tomato paste, nothing special or tasty. After 2 bites I realized the meatballs were mixed with pork so just to make sure I called and they confirmed they are indeed mixed with pork. I donāt eat pork so I threw the grinder out, waste of money. It was cheap but you get what you pay for and it didnāt taste homemade, it was seriously lacking any flavor whatsoever besides tomato paste.
Many people donāt eat pork so there should have been a description under the heading mentioning that the meat is beef and pork mixed.
I would be open to trying something else from here but based on this first impression and the fact that I had to throw the food out Iām not too optimistic, but wouldnāt...
