had my transmission heater done on my 2014 ford excape which was leaking in my driveway spent $520 to bring it back 4 days later with the same leak in the same spot and now they want to tell me it's my quick disconnect hoses that you've that Great Lakes took off to get to the heater and now are broke but don't wanna pay to fix it buyers beware ,they try to charge me again to fix there screw up. My daughter-in-law's car had an engine light problem and was sputtering on takeoff when we took her car in. So I went here for a diagnostic test. They told me the wrong thing wrong with the car replaced it didn't charge me for labor. But I now have to take it to another shop to get it correctly diagnosed because they gave me the most expensive quote they could. I was told by a couple of different auto shops they are ripping me off so now I'm out $200 and still need to have it diagnosed. Then they told me they would call me with a quote later that day and it took them a week to call me and tell me the quote which they thought they already did. They are all about money. Stay away!!!
