Consequently when I come in to shop they seem to be out of the products I'm looking for this is happened on more than one occasion. One night I came in looking for whole milk around midnight. They had many selections of 1% 2% milk but no whole milk. Came in the other day to get ingredients to make chili they have been out of Kroger Brand chili sauce for 2 days had not been stocked wanted beef broth not sodium free or fat free The regular beef broth was out of stock, Kroger's had shelves full of sodium free and fat-free beef broth. The other day I went in to use the men's restroom this is around 2 in the afternoon the men's room was a complete mess one of the toilets need to clean in the worst way. The worklist sheet hanging on the men's room being initialed for cleaning had not been cleaned in a three-hour period of time. The store needs help in restocking. The night I was trying to find whole milk a gallon I would have settled for pints or quarts but they had none reminded me of photos of East Germany when people would go shopping the shells would be emptied. This particular store definitely needs help in keeping the shelves stocked when you say something to management they say well we're having trouble getting help next time I'll take a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDiscrimination against lower income/disabled.. Iāve been shopping at the store since it opened. They are often out of items I am looking for, do not have a good selection if you are a vegetarian, prices are much higher than other big box stores⦠Produce is generally fresh. *The biggest reason for the one star is click list. To start click list is a great concept and the ONLY problem I have is that you must be rich and lazy to use it LOL. *Seriously, if you are disabled and reliant on Foodstamps, you must go inside in search of every item no matter how you feel because click list will not accept Foodstamps and are therefore discriminating against customers with disabilities who must use them to survive! If it wasnāt necessary I would not use them but unfortunately they are.. itās a huge inconvenience when I can barely get around and need to get $200 worth of groceries in a huge store with no help⦠CLICK LIST COULD BE GOOD IF USED PROPERLY! Iām not suggesting everyone with foodstamps be allowed to use it every time because then no one would do their own shopping..but those who arenāt able to (physically unable/disabled) should not be discriminated against for 1) being disabled. 2) needing to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is specific to the pharmacy. I moved and I was going to transfer my prescription here from the Kroger that I was previously using. Apparently they didn't have any of my medication, and it was suggested to use another Kroger pharmacy in Sunbury, but that I'd need to call them myself and go way out of my way to get it if they even had enough. There was no offer of possibly having it transferred to their store. Perhaps there are some kind of restrictions prohibiting this, but nothing was conveyed to me as such from the young lady that I was speaking with.
While she maintained a nice tone, I was encouraged to use another pharmacy with another company entirely. I guess I'm just shocked at how quickly they went there and didn't want to retain my business or even give the illusion that they cared. After filling my prescriptions at Kroger for years, this was obviously disappointing. The staff at my prior one were great, so as to give credit where credit is due. End of the day though, since this was my first experience with this location, it was enough to encourage me to go to Marysville and give my grocery business as well my prescriptions to a...
