Ok so I placed a order yesterday evening and the chicken had feathers and what not still on them clearly weren’t properly cleaned. I asked for them well done it was not I called back that same day twice to get a hold of a manager but I was told he was in a meeting which is understandable. So today I called three times trying to get ahold of a manager which was unsuccessful. My reason for this review on google now is bc I will be contacting corporate as well this is unacceptable I’ve been a loyal customer to b dubs for over a decade. None the less when I called today I was told to hold for a manager just for kaya to get back on the phone after 25 minutes of being on hold that the manager was not available and to call back within 20 minutes which I did, I heard her call for someone name Alex and then the phone disconnected, so I called back asked for her name she stated kaya and then asked for the manager who she said was Alex. Keep in mind this is the same person that’s been answering all three of my phone calls with me asking for the manager. If you guys can check the camera and phone audio to confirm. The food quality is beyond average the customer service is terrible and to make matters worse the food seems to always be cold whether you dine in or take out as the employees are busy socializing amongst each other instead of taking care of the customers at hand and then you can do what you what but I’m paying for service that I believe I should receive.    Read moreUpdate (a few years later)- So I have been there a few times since the last visit, and things have just gone downhill. The food is great! The cooks are doing a good job. The service is so insanely (bordering on comically) bad. Everyone at the table will get their food at different times. That may be their policy? I watched it happen to several tables including ours every time we have been there. The waiter that we have had twice is an older unkempt man that looks very out of place as a server. He is not friendly or funny or personable in any way. Im not sure if he is related to the owner or something (adult son living in parent’s basement comes to mind). I could go on forever about the faults of this place. The food is good, so takeout is the best option. If you dont care about anything other than beers and wings…the beers come very slow. Dont expect to drink more than one.
It is hit or miss. I usually like it, but the last visit was pretty gross. I would have to say that this location is my least favorite of the ones in central Ohio. Just not as fun as the other ones. Went there for fight, and an on duty cop was 2 feet from me the entire time (they hired him to be there). I support law enforcement and usually welcome them, but it made me feel uncomfortable.    Read moreI don’t like being that guy…. But my recent to go experience was horrible. This order was for my family and I and I placed it online. The online confirmation said my order would be done by 7:10pm but when I arrived at 7:15pm, I was told that they didn’t have my order in the system at all even though I had the confirmation. I understand there can be computer glitches or mistakes, so I didn’t make a big deal about it. The manager came over to apologize and said he’ll make sure the order gets expedited and would be up in about 10 mins. After waiting in the parking lot for another 15 mins, I went inside to check if the order was done as promised and was told by another employee (who I believe was a manager as well) that they are “super busy and short staffed, so there’s not much they can do”. I was then told it will likely be another 30 mins before our order would be ready. So I actually left, took my family to get ice cream, ate the ice cream, came back 45 mins later, and our order STILL wasn’t ready. I wait approximately another 5 mins or so before it was finally ready, left to go home, and there were items in our order that were missing.
