Sorry guys this is a long one: I normally go to my close one in millsboro, however, they didn't have my liquid! I was panicking as I have never tried anything but teardrips's Pearamel. I tried to have the guy in millsboro recreate it, but it was a big mistake. Worst thing I ever smelled/tasted. Unfortunately there is nothing like Pearamel, but Pearamel. Oh beautiful Pearamel. 💚🍐Anyhow, great try on his part but I guess it just can't be replicated. So I searched desperately for a place close to me that sold it and NO ONE in my area sells it except for Delmar Vapor. I decided I was going to drive almost an hour away at 8pm to get my vape liquid or I may grab a pack of smokes and I have not had one since May! Needless to say I headed to Delmar. I got there around 8: 45 or so and don't hold it against me, but I can't remember his name :( that helped me. I told him my story, and I had also called ahead, however, I was not expecting the level of professionalism I received while there. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. He even told me the ingredients of Pearamel itself so in the future I might create it! He also answered every single question I had even if I was asking a stupid one. I know nothing about vaping other than the fact that I love mine and I obviously love my flavor. He helped me understand the whole process quite a bit and tried to help me figure out what different liquid I may like in the future. He helped me understand things so much better and I feel a little more confident walking in now. He was very nice and very professional. I didn't realize how long I had kept him past closing time and he never once mentioned the time and never acted like I was bothering him. I realized the time and I apologized and he told me not to worry. I still made sure I left quickly as I wouldn't have wanted to stay past my time, but he did, and wasn't upset at all. It was refreshing to have that experience nowadays. No one really goes out of their way anymore, or for that matter, even hits the mark in customer service anymore, but You guys did. Thank you sir, and thank you Delmar Vapor for creating that kind of atmosphere to grow and engage your customers like this. I won't be shopping anywhere else...
Read moreUPDATE Met with the owner today. First off got an understanding of why they don't do refunds and it makes sense. Second, we got the best customer service from him today that I have gotten in a while. He went above and beyond what he needed to do to make sure we left happy, which we did. I won't go into details Cuz he has a business to run and don't need him going bankrupt, lol, but I will say he definitely went far beyond my expectations. Thank you very much David. Two very satisfied customers here and you will get all of our vape business.
Beware. If you buy from them you cannot return and get your money back, only store credit. My wife and I purchased 2 vapes a few weeks ago. They started leaking and continued after replacing coils. Took them back with receipt and were only allowed store credit. Purchased 2 different ones got home and mine started leaking in 2 days. Went back after asst manager who we purchased them from told my wife they had a 30 day warranty and was again told I can only get store credit. What business doesn't do returns within 30 days with receipt???? THIS ONE!!!! I did give them 2 stars because my wife is happy with hers and the girl who waited on her the first time and me the last time is very courteous. Apparently management just doesn't do returns imo from what she said. She said it says so on receipt but mine must be a special one because it says nothing about returns. No more of my business will they get!!!!! UPDATE: When I went in yesterday they said it was probably because of the coil on why it was leaking. Today, it's still leaking. Smh. What good is a warranty if all I can get is store credit???? Only...

But they don't seem to either have too many tanks for my eleaf 100 or else they don't know much about them. I bought an isub for 16.99 and it had broken it about 4-6 weeks. The piece inside came undone. And of course they said that the isub glass one was better. But I really didn't see how. I had to get a tank the following day. I did go to a different place that bad a lot of tanks and knew a lot of details and explained the differences to me. Needless to say it's been two weeks and it's held up this far.
