After having a wonderful experience a couple of years ago purchasing our living room furniture we decided to use them for our bedroom furniture purchase. I will never use them again. Pieces were missing and broken for one piece, the other was flat out gouged, cracked, and broken. It was in worse condition than most floor models. Waiting for a new one would take at least another month. My husband repaired it so it was usable & there were just cosmetic issues. After specifically asking what they could do to make it right they offered $50 discount. I could have gotten a dresser in better condition from Walmart. I've accepted the discount bc I feel like I don't have many other options, but I have zero intention of ever using them again or...

A sales person will be all over you before the door closes behind you. The selection idn't bad at all. Unfortunately, though, the pricing is a bit hefty. The quality of the furniture is above average. Our last sofa/loveseat combo only lasted 7 years before the bottom broke out (sofa). The new sofa/loveseat is decent, but not up to the quality i was hoping (especially for the price). We had to order through the warehouse so the finished product wasn't in the store. Surprise!

I went to the Ashley distribution center to dispute something about furniture i bought online. Both ladies who helped me were excellent conversationalist. They smile we joke around and got the information I was looking for. Five 🌟 well deserved. I will continue buying furniture...
