I just went to this place yesterday for just a regular nude pink manicure with black tips. The staff seem nice and the place is very nice looking; only reason for two stars. I will give credit where it’s due. Unfortunately, that’s all the good things. I normally don’t leave reviews after a bad experience but I feel like morally they crossed many lines. I let them know originally that I rarely get my nails done and I’m kind of new to this. (Keep that in mind). Firstly, I got there 10 minutes early from my appt. They didn’t take me in until 10-15 minutes after my appt time. I’m a punctual person so this is just a personal preference. Secondly, the nail tech didn’t have me soaking my nails or wash my hands. Did not apply cuticle products. Didn’t file down my nail bed neatly she just kept using grinders that were dirty. She even started with oh your cuticles are so nice. Trying to save money on one client to get their nails soaking and cuticles done is crazy to me. (I knew more than I led on) Thirdly, they did not have sealed sterile tools. And the files they were using was extremely abrasive and not fine to do detail filing. She did not shape my nails nicely like I had come in with my own shape. She asked if I liked them and I said could you fix them to look more cleaner and she said “fix what? I don’t see what you’re talking about.” Which brings to my state of I can’t believe she just said that to me. My nails that I filed a few days ago looked nicer than how she shaped them. My edges were extremely jagged. My points were not centered to my fingertip. It was a messy and gross job. And then, I also came with both my pointer fingers broken so she put tips on them. But she said SHE wanted to do gel which I said no and I looked visibly uncomfortable but she kept saying oh your nails won’t break and you can come back to get them filled later. I did not want that but she kept persisting and I was too polite to keep saying no. She made mounds of gel nail polish. They were uneven, bulky, and she didn’t even clean up my ends. On top of that she called her next appt client and asked her to show up ten minutes later than her appt time because she was running behind right in front me while doing my nails. During the time she was doing my black tips she said “this is difficult”. Clients don’t want to hear you’re having a hard time. That means you knew you weren’t experienced enough to do it. If you don’t have the experience that’s fine just don’t screw up someone’s nails when they’re paying for it. And my black tips were not even they were not to my satisfaction. She said at one point I might need to have someone else finish my nails because of her incoming next client. I said no problem because I’m sure someone else would be better. But she was on my last few fingers when her next client showed and it seemed like she wasn’t as thorough. She barely cleaned my nails after and I had nail dust everywhere. She even got nail polish on my hand. Lastly, as I go up to pay. The owner barely looked at my nails. At this point I gave up and considered this as charity that people need to learn and gain experience and I happen to be that person she got practice on. But the price they charged me was $77… for botched nails that I wanted to get rid of as soon as she was done. I asked the owner hey I don’t know how much to tip since I’m not use to going to services like this. He just stood there smiled. I knew what he was doing. He’s smart. The chance for a non experienced person to tip more than the usual. So I gave $20. So a totally of $97 for me to hate the nails and they’re ugly and it was not worth anything. I hope they don’t take advantage of people who might be new to getting their nails done. If the owner ends up reading this. Please do not take advantage of people this way and you’re over priced and your nail tech that did my nails needs practice. I’m extremely disappointed and I guess me being nice and polite got me scammed of almost $100. When I got in the car I immediately looked for another place and made an appt....

I would avoid this place totally. The customer service is awful. They rarely take you at the time of your appointment and have no respect for you or your time. I’ve made appointments and I guess they neglected to write it down because when I showed up for my appointment they told me I didn’t have one and would have to come back another time. Also even though I’ve had an appointment with a specific technician I was given someone else because the person I requested was too busy. At times some of the owners and staff are rude, unfriendly and only concerned about $$$. My last visit there (and I really mean last - I’ll never go back) they charged me extra for the same 2 services I always get. When I questioned why I was told that I needed a lot of repairs when in actuality all they did was the same exact thing they always do for me. There are so many nail salons in this area why would anyone go to a place like this where you aren’t treated well? I, along with a lot of people I know, have had enough and are writing...

This was the worst nail experience ever!! My first time here. I called and made an appointment for a full set/acrylic and a manicure pedicure for my husband. I showed Jason the picture of what I want it, which was coffin, shape, natural color. He said he could do it. As he was working them, I did let him know that they were too short, very wide on the top, and he was filing too much on the sides which caused him to look skinny. He assured me he was not done, and they would look just as I wanted them. I let him get to the end, as this is what he wanted me to do, and I asked him if he thought it look like the picture. He then cut everything off and I had to send soak for 30 minutes. Never again!! They also charged an additional five dollars to buff my husband’s toenails, they used the same buffer to buff his nails and also charged an additional five dollars. This was a complete disaster and additional charges that were added. I would not recommend this...
