I really wanted to love this place, especially since we host so many events, but our experience was extremely disappointing. We ordered flowers for our wedding reception, and when my husband picked them up, he only counted the tops, not the stems. He went back after noticing a miscount, but they claimed they had also miscounted and offered a different color as a replacement, which wasn’t acceptable since we needed all the same color. When they finally opened the box to recount, it turned out all the flowers were there. Instead of resolving the issue calmly, the staff member, Vicky, was incredibly rude. She yelled at my husband, saying, “You should have counted the stems,” even though she hadn’t counted them either. Later, she called me, yelling and calling me “super annoying” for requesting the correct flowers. My husband said she essentially threw the box at him and told him to leave. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a business. All they had to do was communicate properly and confirm the count. Instead, we were met with hostility. I’m so glad I found this local nursery — it’s an absolute treasure! The selection of flowers and plants is incredible, with something for every kind of gardener or plant enthusiast. I was especially impressed by their fresh herb plants — so vibrant, healthy, and full of life!

The orchid collection is breathtaking, and the prices are more than reasonable. You can tell they really care about quality. The same goes for their potted plants - gorgeous, healthy, and priced better than any big box store I’ve been to.

On top of that, the staff is wonderful. May was so lovely to chat with - warm, knowledgeable, and happy to share her expertise. You can feel the passion behind the business, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and their plants.

I’ve never given a review in life. If I could give this place a rating of my own it would be a ZERO not even a one. The owner of this market is beyond disrespectful, disgusting and profiles her customers. Besides the employees working for the establishment customer service here is not welcomed at all by her. I think it’s always best to treat people with respect and kindness even if it’s not genuine. Especially if you’re running a business and want customers coming back.
