Verano at Delray — Local services in Delray Beach

This place can't protect cars. I've lived here for 4.5 years and in that timeframe I've had my car vandalized twice along with two girlfriends also having their cars vandalized. It's a continual problem here. Google it; you'll find an article from thanksgiving a few years ago where over 200 cars had their tires slashed. This morning a neighbor had her car keyed. We have owned a 2BR unit in this community for over 8 years, and have seen some tough times especially during initial years due to bunch of insolvent unit owners and overhang of expensive balcony repairs project across all buildings. But credit to HOA for persevering and persisting with needed repairs, the repairs are mostly done ( with couple of more buildings to go), common areas are getting maintained, HOA is in a better financial health, and overall living environment is the best it has been...
