OTR Driver here. Delivered here. I was very impressed from checkin, large truck parking lot w/angled spaces for ovnp/staging, unloaded 12 pallets 30 minutes. The procedure/process here is by appointment. I parked in truck parking lot at like 04:35, had a 06:00 appointment, checked in at guard window, very easy streamlined process you enter your info on one of the two Kiosk they have AFTER you checkin with guard at window, and you'll need your Driver Lic, they will send you a text or call you(in my case they called me), I had barely got back in my truck and was called with a dock# and told to pull up to guard shack, very easy process, I was thinking after reading several negative reviews well maybe I'll get lucky..lol....anyways all went excellent. Oh and they text you a copy of your signed bills, man very few do that now a days. Oh and guard security very friendly to....Happy...

Today is 08/23/2022 I delivered this morning with no problem. 0600 apt. Arrived 8/22 at 1600 read reviews before I got there. No reviews said there was overnight parking. OVERNIGHT PARKING ALLOWED. Do not come here on time for apt time if you don't enjoy resting. I loved the fact that I was able to check in on kiosk a day early and get notified by text. My highest recommendation is to come here the day before and don't book another load until they begin to unload you physically. I was unloaded within 30 mins. My only thing I recommend is that you ask guard shack where to find door before proceeding past them. If the sun is not up when ur apt time is, it is realy hard to find the...

I agree 👍 with all drivers take long hrs to get you unloaded is big company need to put attention to all the drivers demand if can handle all appointment should cut half and have courtesy, off get unloading the live load delivery in a decent time most of all drivers have next appointment same day the need to be cancelled because this place have bad organization management in the warehouse They removed 1 pallet and put level to the small package and throw in the belt it take like 30 minutes through 45 minutes pher pallet to get out of the trailer this place need to put attention and do better...
