This is the cutest little gift shop, florist, tux rental place!! We rented a tux from them for prom and although we had a few issues everything was handled promptly and professionally. During the first visit they took measurements, picked colors and picked flowers for gf's bouquet. About 2 weeks before the event they called and said tux was ready. It turned out the wrong color. No problem, they quickly reordered in a darker color. Three days later it had arrived. Tried it on and they had shipped the wrong jacket size. Again, no problem. Staff put in another order noting that they had sent the wrong size. Three days later it was in, and everything was perfect! Picked up everything the morning of the event. I can’t say enough good things about A1 floral design. I was having a pretty rough day as a mom, and my husband called and asked them to design something to make me smile. I was surprised with these, and also not only are the flowers stunning and unique, and breathtaking. But you cannot tell from the pics but the vase is heavy and high quality. This is the first “higher end” flower arrangement I’ve ever gotten, and it blew everything else I’ve ever gotten out of the water. I always have a pleasant experience while shopping at Bloom! I did my first online order and everything went smoothly. I did store pickup. While picking up, Alix told me about a laundry detergent and a story about a biker running full speed to get it. She said he told her that he's loved the stuff since 2 ex girlfriends ago. SOLD.
