Honestly I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I went to this place last year may 2024 to get a speaker (box) installed in my suv; it was expensive. But as a music lover I didn't complain. This year April 2025 the box stopped playing, I went back and they told me I had warranty so they would get me another one. I have been waiting ever since, everyday, hoping to hear something. Whenever I call no one answers the phone. They just kept ignoring my calls, which is rude. I’m so out of patience l'm upset!! I did brought my own box in the beginning but they told me, mine wouldn't work yet the one they got me was useless. At this point I believe I was ripped off and yes I regret going to mobile electronics. I'm very disappointed.

I understand that you're often out on the road, but as a paying customer with a warranty claim, consistent communication and follow through are expected.
It's not just about missing one or two calls; I’ve made multiple attempts to reach out over an extended period without any follow up or action taken to fix the original issue. This left me with no choice but to leave a review, as it was the only way to get a response.
If you are indeed committed to resolving the issue, I am more than willing to come by and give it another chance. But moving forward, I hope your team can provide the level of service and responsiveness that customers...

second job on a different date I had them install a Kenwood stereo with new speakers that is suppose to work with my android phone. Installation was good on that but my phone does not work with the stereo. I tried and tried but finally went back and complained about it. I was told that the data cord from the phone to the unit was the problem. I've replaced the cord, doesn't work still. I called the stereo company and they tell me well it should work but like our owners manual tells you may not work with all phones. EMS says basically the same thing, "Well that's the stereo I would always use with an android phone," and walks away. That's how I was left to deal with the issue. The other thing is my girlfriend throws a surprise to me and has them install a pair of speakers in the rear of the vehicle. I had already paid for the wiring to the rear so she just supplied the speakers and she got ripped off but I didn't tell her that. They got installed in a ridiculous spot too, right behind the seats facing the seats. So basically I have a very expensive satellite radio, that's all it does for me. I'm in business for myself and I would leave a client unsatisfied like...

They put a new head unit in our SUV to replace the defective factory one and it was excellent, far better than original unit and far less expensive. The quality of their work is excellent, responsiveness is great, knowledge is excellent. Due to the quality of the service and the unit they put in we are now going to have another vehicle done....
