After we described we are anxious to find a place close to home and need a dog wash they said no, that they want to be home at a decent time. We are long time dog owners and know it to takes about 20 min. They mentioned they need to disinfect after and clean and we offered to help. We want them to be home at a decent time which they would have but their lack of customer service, pious disposition to work through their shift is terrible service. This is one of the nicest pet stores i have been to! They have a self service dog wash with the right temperatures and even blowing table. Their dog wash has a frequent buyers program along with the food they carry. Staff is also very kind and very helpful. I will return for more food and more dog washes! The owner and his dog arw always in the syire to greet you!

This is a great neighborhood business to support! We came for the first time today and were very pleased. The woman who was working there kindly listened as my young son told her how sad he was that our dog recently died, and how he was shopping for his new rescue dog. She then let him pick out free treats for her and he couldn’t have been more excited. Great selection of toys, bones, food and treats. We will definitely be back!! They won over my son, so won over...
