We got there about an hour and a half before they close and they didn’t have much of a selection and there was literally a line to the door. My wife and I had to stand in the entrance way to wait for the line to shorten. We thought this was a good sign, maybe they’ll have fresh food. Wrong! The food was old, hard and dry. The “fried” rice was hard and bland. I only took one bite and couldn’t stomach any more. The low mien was very bland as well. Orange chicken was hard, the beef with peppers and mushrooms was chewy and dry. They didn’t have teriyaki chicken, that bowl was empty and clean so it was clear they had no intentions of making any. They didn’t have enough spring rolls, or egg rolls which is what we wanted so I ordered the wonton which was a mistake. Worst wonton I’ve ever had. Lacked flavor and tasted sour. For the $30 dollars we spent, that money would have been better spent at the local dollar scoop which proves to have better quality food and ingredients. Plus more than half the price cheeper! It has been 3 years since I had Panda Express, now I understand why I hadn’t been back. This was a different location than the last time and it was very bad. My wife likes the food in general except for tonight, she’ll probably go back in the future but I absolutely will not. Waste of time and money...

Lol I told my daughter she was not allowed in this establishment after being refused service by childish brat doll wanna be girls that work here, nearly 3 or 4 months ago they refused my daughter service due to previous issues they had with other students that SPOKE to my daughter inside the restaurant she was not with the group also the staff is VERY rude they have NO customer service skills and think they are too cute to be kind to others. The brains were clearly left out of range. The sad part is the manager of the daycare in question was very young also and very unaware of running a shift simply because she was in fear of losing friends at work. Thanks to corporate for the free meals in replace of the humiliation my daughter suffered, here's whats crazy I NEVER checked your review's until today on 7-21-24 and WOW JUST WOW SMDH and to them brat doll rejects, life will humble you little pretties keep being rude. These reviews tell it all this location's staff suck!

Fire the brat doll rejects and hire an adult like human to run the shifts. Get rid of the store manager that keeps ignoring these reviews Problem Solved!!!!! Central park is a nice neighborhood Panda Express is a stain!!! 2.5 stars get it together this is...

When I arrived, the two girls working the serving line were in conversation and did not immediately greet my husband and I and on the contrary seemed bothered that we walked in. Then they proceeded to rush us through ordering and all while looking very mad that they had to work. The portion size was mediocre at best and I was left wanting more. At check out, I had told one of the girls, whose name is Alex, 2 fountain drinks, but then decided 1 was enough and she took a big sigh as she removed it from our order. She failed to offer us chili, soy sauce, or chop sticks.

After getting my drink I went up to her to ask her for soy sauce but she was helping a gentleman and she saw me waiting. However, instead of acknowledging me she began to walk away until I commented "Excuse me." She rolled her eyes and asked what I needed and I got my soy sauce but the entire interaction was very unpleasant and although I don't wish anyone lose their job over this, she definitely needs a lesson in customer service. Also I would like to mention that I brought up the experience to the manager and she just said to fill out the review from the receipt but took no further action. If you can avoid this Panda...

Man, should've looked at reviews and should've taken my gut instinct when it was filled and I mean filled with local HS kids. I decided, well noone was in the drive-thru, let me skip all those kids, well I got what I deserved I guess. Paid extra for the Black pepper steak x2 and tried the Blazing Bourbon Chicken with chow mein .......... received maybe 1 serving of the steak in the 2 plate box and the half an order of the bigger plate smaller take out box with the chicken ..... I should've taken a pic of that, but I didn't. The beef was dry and not good and probably was old since most High Schoolers I wouldn't think would pick it. As for the noodles, I saw on the receipt it said rice and sure enough, I got rice and when I brought it up to the person at the window they got irritated and gave me this , see pic, they wanted me to have rice. It stinks to write this because I do try and support Panda Express because of the owners values and how they take care of their employees but this is not a location I will be visiting again.

I knew I should’ve thought twice about coming to this Panda Express the energy from the worker was really negative and did not seem like they knew what they were doing or cared about what they were doing. I don’t know if they heard me correctly or not. I got a bigger plate, and I only ended up receiving one entrĂ©e, and I also asked for rice and chow mein half-and-half and got chow mein. And lastly specifically asked for spring rolls and only got two orders of wontons. I would say just make sure your order is correct before leaving this drive thru.
