Unfortunately had to update review based on recent experiences. I previously left a 5 star review (see below). However, several bad experiences have since changed my mind. Had one time where my order was wrong (I ordered without sour cream). Had a couple other times where my order was not ready even though I placed on the app 15 minutes prior to arriving (and they also charged my credit card when placing order). Then, my biggest pet peeve, is ordering on the app for "pickup in-store" only to show up with the doors locked and a million cars in the drive thru. This happened about a month ago. I had not been back since. I went there again today to give them another chance. I ordered ahead on the app for "in-store pickup". I arrive and the door is locked?!? I look at the drive thru and there were a million cars. I get in the drive thru anyway. 5 minutes later I am at the order screen. I say that I have an order for in-store pickup. The server says "Oh Yeah! We have that ready". I'm like "That's nice. How are you going to get it to me?". He asks "can you get out of the drive thru". I'm like "Uh...no...there's a million cars". So I wait another 10 minutes to get my (now cold) food. Will not be going back. Unfortunate as I had been going here once a week until they started locking the doors. Fortunately, there are plenty of other choices for lunch. I stopped going to many Taco Bells due to extremely poor service. This was my first time going to this one - 5 stars. I ordered on the app from my office. By the time I drove 3 miles to the store, the order was ready. Took less than 60 seconds to pick up the order. The "value menu" burritos were well filled (some places don't give you much more than the tortilla). Very happy. Will...
Read moreJust so it's not misleading, there's not much "Atmosphere" when you only have time to hit the drive threw. But it's not fair to the restuarant if I give them a lower rating because I didn't have time to go in and sit down that day! I have to say this is one of the Best TacoBell's that I've been to in Denver Metro Area. I also have to say it's by far my favorit! I've never had any complaints! All of their employees are very polite and nice and look professional. The building its self and the grounds around it are kept very clean. Yes its a newer neighborhood, but the Taco Bell has been there a few yrs now and still looks like it did when they opened it! And their bathrooms has been clean when I've used it. They are on it! No matter if they just opened or are getting ready to close they have never turned us away or said they didn't have certain items! They have yet to mess up my order it's always been exactly what it should be. The food is always very pretty they take the time to get it right, but they are quick about it. No matter drive threw or if we go in and eat even when they are busy I've never had to wait long. Always had excellent service they do better then the more expensive, trendy, bar type resturants where you go in and sit down. And the food is fresh and delicious. Its never been mashed or just slung into a bag to where its leaking all over and they wrap the items correctly so you know what it is without having to open all the burritos to find the special order they have went as far as to put special oreder items in a different bag. And put a line between each meal on the receipt! So you know what everyone ordered. Those little things is why it's one of my favorite...
Read moreI've been going to this Taco Bell for years and over the course of the last 6 months, it has significantly gone down hill.
There are 2 incredibly sweet girls that work there but I don't know their name. I havent seen one in a long time so I am guessing she left. However, everyone else is straight up rude.
Never before the last 6 month period did I go through the drive through and them tell me I need to go inside because my food isn't ready. I brushed it off because I get 30 minutes for lunch and there isn't the biggest selection in the area.
Today, I placed a mobile order and it didn't fully submit before I got there. No biggie, the page refreshed while I was in the drive through. There wasn't anyone in the drive through.
I pulled up to the window and she told me to go inside because my food wasn't ready. I asked her what's the difference if I placed the order through the drive through or mobile and she continued to say my food wasn't ready and to go inside. I repeated my question and said she said I didn't place it while I was there and I am going to have to wait and go inside. Mind you NO ONE WAS IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. During this 30 second correspondence my food was ready. She also did not put the sticker they have been putting on boxes about voicing concerns to the franchise that has a phone number and email.
Idk if management has changed over the last 6 months. It must have considering what it looks like now which is a bummer. I do not and will not recommend this Taco Bell with its current staff / management. I guess I will have to straight bringing lunch...
