Esposito's Electric — Local services in Denville

I was having a service problem with a company I have used for over 10 years. They provided my yearly service for my generator. They charged me for a new battery to learn my battery was never replaced as it said it was from 2023. I was lied to and charged for goods never received. Total fraud! Having a new issue this summer with my generator and no resolution from a company I used for over 10 years I was with total dissatisfaction! Thru a good friend I was directed to Esposito’s.

It s a family owned company and my first contact was Christopher. He could not have been nicer and customer satisfaction was like the good old days, Chris, really cared I would be serviced. They sent to my home Kevin. He is young and new to the team but that was not an issue, he diagnosed my issue all problems going on so we could proceed. The company who had serviced me for my over 10 years totally dropped the ball they came to my home 2 times and said all was ok but it was not!

Kevin was able to review all he thought was wrong and an issue and I was then able to circle back with Christopher and BJ. Today Kevin returned with highly experienced Frank, who has been with the company for many years. My Generator was restored all was fixed and I was also informed there was a part they replaced due to a recall a few years ago and this was also fixed. Funny my previous yearly maintenance company never said a word to me about this nor did I get notified via the manufacturer but today all was fixed to include a recall issue resolved! As Frank and Kevin informed me and replaced the part in addition to what my generator needed for repair.

Bottom line, if you are looking for a company to install or repair or maintain your generator look no further! Esposiyos is an authorized dealer for Genetac and Esposito’s was more then great and they will be my future company I will use for maintenance and repairs.

This story starts with meeting three contractors to get an idea of placement of a whole house generator as well as specs and of course price at our new home in Morristown.
